The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of his breach of day parole.
Mark Rogers is described as a Caucasian male, 51 years of age, 5'3" (160 cm), 152 lbs (69 kgs) with brown hair (currently shaved) and blue eyes. He has tattoos on his abdomen, upper torso, upper back, chest, right thigh, shoulders and upper arms.
He is serving a six-year, four-month sentence for three counts of break and enter.
The offender is known to frequent Ottawa, Jasper, the Greater Toronto Area and Niagara Falls.
