Update 3 - March 9, 2021
Detectives with the 3 District (Welland) detachment have conducted extensive searches and are continuing to search for Maria Jagiello and are asking for public assistance.
As a result of video footage obtained, Maria is observed walking eastbound on Gaiser Road, in the City of Welland, at 6:55 p.m., on Feb. 28, 2021.
Detectives are asking residents in the surrounding area and vehicles with dash cams that may have been in the area to review their video footage.
Detectives are also asking the public to review the video attached and make observations of Maria. Anyone who may have seen a female matching the description of Maria or anyone with information is asked to contact detectives at 905-688-4111, ext. 1009077.
