On Sept. 1, 2020, Edward Kemp, was last seen in the Niagara Region. Family members discovered Edward missing on Sept. 20, 2020.
His means of transportation is believed to be by foot.
Edward is described as being:
- White
- 5’10"
- 150 pounds
- Tattoos on neck and arms
- Shaved head
Police are concerned for Edward’s welfare and are requesting the public's help in locating him.
