19-year-old missing in St. Catharines (update: located)

Christopher Hockey was last seen leaving his home on Thursday and his family is concerned for his welfare

The Niagara Regional Police Service is currently searching for a missing 19-year-old man in the City of St. Catharines.

Christopher Hockey left his residence in the area of McIntyre Avenue and Farris Avenue in the City of St. Catharines on March 19, 2020. Hockey's family last had contact with him at 11:30 a.m. on March 19, 2020. Christopher is believed to have left his home on foot.

Efforts by his family and the police to locate him have been unsuccessful. Hockey's family and the police are concerned for Christopher's welfare and are requesting the public's help in locating him.

Christopher is described as a white male, approximately, 5-9 tall, with a thin build, weighing 120-125 pounds, having short brown hair, wearing a dark green long jacket, brown pants and a black baseball hat.

If anyone has any information on Christopher's whereabouts, or observes him in public, they are asked to immediately contact the Niagara Regional Police Service at 905-688-4111 and report the matter to the NRPS Communications Centre.
