TORONTO - The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of his breach of statutory release.
George Hasler Is described as a Caucasian male, 56 years of age, 6'0"(183cm), 260lbs (118kgs) with brown balding hair and brown eyes.
He is serving a two-year sentence for break, enter and commit, theft under $5,000 x2, possession of property obtained by crime for trafficking under $5,000, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, operate motor vehicle while disqualified, and motor vehicle theft.
The offender is known to frequent the Regions of Hamilton, Halton, Niagara Falls, Kingston and Brantford.
