Two people stabbed at Niagara Falls bar: police

On Sunday, July 23, 2023 at 6:12 a.m., 2 District (Niagara Falls / Niagara on the Lake) uniform officers with the Niagara Regional Police Service responded to a report of a stabbing in Niagara Falls.

Officers arrived on scene at the Euphoria Social Lounge at 6092 Main St. Two males (30 and 40 years) were in the rear parking lot suffering from serious stab injuries. Both males were treated at the scene by Niagara Emergency Medical Service paramedics and transported to an out of region hospital. A third male in his 20s was also treated by paramedics for minor injuries. He was transported to a local hospital.

The initial investigation determined there had been a disturbance inside the Euphoria Social Lounge that escalated and became violent. 2 District detectives have been assigned to the investigation. Their investigation remains ongoing to determine who is responsible. There is believed to be no ongoing threat to public safety stemming from this incident.

Anyone (residents or businesses) in the area with closed circuit security cameras, doorbell video cameras, or dash cameras are asked to review their footage for suspicious activity for the period between 5:30 and 6:30 a.m. on July 23, 2023.
