Two charged in connection with break and enter in Pelham

On Saturday Sept. 4, 2021 at 7 a.m., three armed males entered a home on Maple Street in the Town of Pelham while the home owner was sleeping. 

Investigation revealed that property was stolen from the home by the suspects who fled on foot southbound toward downtown Fenwick. 

The homeowner did not suffer any physical injuries.

This appears to be a targeted incident.

As a result of the investigation, detectives were able to identify two suspects.

A 15-year -old male was arrested and charged with the following offence of:

  • Break, Enter and Commit Robbery

He remains in custody pending a bail hearing that is expected to take place on Sept. 4, 2021.

Aiden Baker (18 years old) was arrested and charged with the following offence of:

  • Break, Enter and Commit Robbery

Baker was held in custody pending a bail hearing that is expected to take place on Sept. 4, 2021. 

A third suspect remains outstanding.

The investigation is remains ongoing by detectives with 3 District.
