June 25 update:

Carmen has been located and is safe. The Niagara Regional Police Service would like to thank the media and public for their help in this matter.

The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is presently conducting a missing person investigation for a 56-year-old man from Niagara-on-the-Lake.

On June 20, 2021, the NRPS was contacted and commenced a missing person investigation to try and locate Carmen Micieli. 

Family report last seeing Carmen on June 18, 2021, at his residence in the area of Four Mile Creek Road and Creekside Drive in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

 He left the residence driving a black 2003 Harley Davidson motorcycle (ONT # 1H6B4).

Carmen is described as:

  • White male
  • 5'03 ft.
  • A slender building weighing approximately 126 lbs.
  • Brown / grey facial hair
  • Brown eyes

Carmen’s family are concerned for his welfare. 

Investigative efforts by 2 District Niagara Falls detectives have not been able to locate Carmen.
