The Niagara Regional Police Service is currently searching for a missing 61-year-old man from the City of Welland, Richard Koudys. Koudys was last seen by his family on Monday, Dec. 28, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. at his Welland home located in the north end of the City. He is believed to have left his home on foot and his current location is unknown. Koudys is known to use Welland Transit.
Koudys is described as:
• White male
• 5’10 and 155 lbs
• Hazel eyes and brown hair (balding)
Koudys was last seen wearing blue jeans, a dark brown canvass-style winter jacket, black winter boots and a toque.
The police and his family are concerned for Koudys’ welfare and are requesting the public’s help in locating him.
