9:09 p.m. update:
The investigation to locate missing person Claire LAVALLE has been ongoing by officers assigned to 2 District (Niagara Falls / Niagara on the Lake).
On June 23rd, 2022, at 8:48 p.m. officers located Claire on Ferry Street near Stanley Avenue, in the City of Niagara Falls.

The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is currently conducting a missing person investigation stemming from the City of Niagara Falls.
2 District (Niagara Falls / Niagara on the Lake) officers are searching for Claire Lavalle (76 years) of age. She was last seen at approximately 3:45 p.m. walking in the area of Lundy’s Lane and Dorchester Road, in the City of Niagara Falls.
Claire is described as follows:
- Female
- White
- 76 Years of age
- Blond/grey hair
- Wearing glasses
- Wearing black pants
- Wearing a plaid shirt with a purple undershirt
- Wearing black shoes
Both the police and Claire’s family are concerned for her welfare.
2 District (NRPS) officers are asking the public for assistance. Anyone who may have information as to the whereabouts of Claire is being asked to contact the NRPS Communications Unit at 905-688-4111.
