On May 3rd, 2022, at approximately 4:00pm Ray was located and is safe.

The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is currently conducting a missing person investigation stemming from the Town of Grimsby.
8 District (Grimsby) officers are searching for Ray Ellens (85 years) of age. He was last seen on today’s date (May 3rd, 2022) at 12:30 p.m. operating a vehicle in the area of Elm Street and Mountain Street in the Town of Grimsby.
Ray is described as follows:
• Male
• White
• 5’8” tall
• White hair
Ray was last seen wearing the following clothing:
• Green spring jacket
• Blue jeans
Ray was operating the following vehicle:
• Honda CRV
• White
• Ontario licence plate #BWPR867
Both the police and Ray’s family are concerned for his welfare.
8 District (NRPS) officers are asking the public for assistance. Anyone who may have information as to the whereabouts of Ray is being asked to contact the NRPS Communications Unit at 905-688-4111.
