The investigation into the fatal fail to remain accident that occurred on March 19, 2020, in Niagara Falls continues to develop.
Detectives from the Collision Reconstruction Unit have received video images from the public of the Mazda before, during and after the accident and the video is being professionally examined by police experts.
Members of the public viewing the video should take note of:
- Deceased on his E Bike
- Possible witness – light coloured car
- Mazda 3 (2014-2016) - grey
Detectives have recovered identifying car parts from the accident scene that are being sent to the Centre of Forensic Sciences. Detectives are confident that they will be able to use the debris to identify the subject vehicle.
The public is requested to review the photo of the embedded Mazda 3. The involved car in this matter will be similar to this photo. It may have front end damage.
