Fentanyl, cocaine, oxycodone seized during Fort Erie drug bust

On March 11, 2021, members of the 5 District - Fort Erie Detective Office concluded a drug investigation involving a Fort Erie residence in the area of Bertie Street and Waterloo Street.

Detectives and uniform officers executed a search warrant at the residence which resulted in the seizure of an estimated $3,500 in fentanyl, cocaine, and oxycodone along with $1,325 in currency.

Terrance Larocque (61 years old) of Fort Erie has been arrested and  is charged with the following:
    •    Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (fentanyl)
    •    Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine)
    •    Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (oxycodone)
    •    Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000
    •    Fail to comply with Probation Order

Terrance Larocque is being held for a video bail hearing on March 12, 2021 at the Robert S. K. Welch Courthouse in St. Catharines.

Pamela Lomascolo (59 years old) of Fort Erie has been arrested and is charged with the following:
    •    Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (fentanyl)
    •    Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine)
    •    Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking (oxycodone)

Pamela Lomascolo was released from custody on a Form 10 Release Order with a future court date.
