Fatal shooting under investigation in Niagara Falls

No arrests have been made; Homicide Unit is currently investigating the shooting

On Monday, April 1, 2024 at 6:19 p.m., 2 District (Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-Lake) uniform officers attended the area of Epworth Circle and St. Lawrence Avenue in the City of Niagara Falls in regards to a possible shooting.

Officers arrived on scene and located a male victim with life threatening injuries. 

The male was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

The Homicide Unit is currently investigating this incident. 

At this time, no arrests have been made.
