WWII Veteran - On Tuesday, June 15, 2021 John went to be with his beloved wife Eva and son Howard at 96 years young. Loving Dad to Roger (Bertha), Bruce (Daphne), Alan (Lucie) and Sheila (Greg) Forbes. Proud Grandpa to Melanie (Steve), Natalie (Phil), Sarah (Teague), Amalia (Paul), Rachel (Rob), Heather, Jenn (Jeremy) and Chris. "Grandpa Great" to Emilie, Tyler, Charlee, Kyle, Alyanna, Simon, Audrey, Ezra and Alex. John will be missed by his siblings Helen (the late Eldred), Florence (the late Bill), Margaret (the late Gord), Jean (the late Merv), Lynn (Gord) and Larry (Joan), predeceased by George, Wilfred (the late Eva), Isabel (the late Harvey), Albert (the late Beverly), Buck, and Bruce (the late Gloria).
