John Habiuk, a loving father, devoted grandfather, and cherished great-grandfather, peacefully passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 98. John's life was marked by a legacy of hard work, love for family, and an unwavering dedication to those he held dear. John is survived by his loving children: John (Judy) of Casselberry, Florida, Donald (Darlene) Habiuk and Winnie Upper. He was a cherished grandfather to Timothy (Becky) Habiuk of North Carolina, Kelly (Albert) Delgado of Oviedo, Florida, Danielle (Joe) Godin, Don Habiuk Jr. and Devin (Desiree) Habiuk. Great-grandfather to Nicholas, Jacob, Ian, Ethan, Matthew, Michael, Chloe and Elle-Lina.

Born in Ukraine in 1925, John embarked on a journey that would lead him to Canada in 1950. His career spanned an impressive 35 years at the Ontario Paper Mill, where he worked as a Grinderman. John was known for his green thumb and his enchanting gardens. He had an innate ability to nurture life, both in his garden and in the hearts of those around him. John's character was defined by his thoughtfulness and consideration. He was a man who always placed the needs of his family above all else, offering his support and guidance whenever it was required. His unwavering dedication was a testament to the love he held for his family.
