Suddenly, as the result of a brief illness, at NHS- Niagara Falls on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 48 years of age. Beloved companion and best friend of Melanie Rouleau for 29 years. Loving Dad of Mackenzie and Victoria. Beloved son of Jackie and Jake White & Paul and Betty Colbourne. Dear brother of Kim Drexler (Jim), Angela White (Mark) and Jon White (Alyson); and brother-in-law of Michelle and Raymond Rouleau. Lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and God children. He enjoyed spending time dog training with the Central Ontario Newfoundland Dog Club, along with time golfing, fishing, playing sports and spending time with his girls. In honouring Phil’s wishes a gathering will take place and details will be shared at a later date. Memorial donations to a charity of your choice in Phil's memory would be appreciated, and you are able to donate to the family's GoFundMe collection.
