Passed away peacefully after a long battle with MS at home on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 74 years of age. Devoted husband of Kara (nee McCarter) for 25 years. Father of Derek & Harvey (Sam). Predeceased by first wife Sandra (nee Podetz). Harvey was the youngest of the seven children of John and Elizabeth (nee Hay).
Harvey was an RN for many years in the Nephrology Dept. at Hotel Dieu Hospital. He enjoyed carpentry and time at the cottage in Muskoka, seafood and his cats. A special “Thank You” to Mrs. D. for all the pies over the years.
In honouring Harvey’s wishes private family arrangements have taken place. Memorial donations to M.S. Society would be appreciated.
