The Welland Jackfish jumped all over the Brantford Red Sox in the first inning and never looked back.

At home, the Jackfish used a 10-run first inning to defeat the Red Sox 22-7 at Welland Stadium.

Hogan Brown blasted a solo home run on the first pitch of the game thrown to a Jackfish batter. And the bats continued with the Jackfish hitting four doubles and a single during the first-inning onslaught.
