Hoping to return the favour and steal a game on the road, The Thorold Impact Promotions Blackhawks travelled to Napanee for game two of the OMHA Bantam BB Finals on Sunday.

But the outcome was not what Thorold was looking for.

The teams were tied at 0-0 after the first period but Napanee managed two goals in the second period by Zach Slaven and Daniel Chase.

Thorold came out strong in the third period but they couldn’t get any of their many chances past Napanee goalie Ryan Aldridge.  Ethan Martin added an insurance marker late in the third period to make the final score 3-0 Napanee.

The series now moves to Thorold for game three of the best of five series on Saturday, March 23 at 2:30 p.m.
