The Thorold Amateur Athletic Association held a "Jamboree" yesterday for Timbits born in 2012 and 13. Two teams from Thorold and teams from Fort Erie, Beamsville, Wainfleet and West Lincoln participated.
Junior Local league Director Beth Boekenstyn stated, "On Sunday, Dec. 23, the Thorold Jr Hawks enjoyed a Christmas celebration, skated with Santa and then had a pizza lunch sponsored by Boston Pizza on Glendale Avenue."
