A Thorold real estate investor and developer is the latest member on the board of Niagara Regional Housing.

Drew Toth was announced as one of two of the latest board members this week.

Toth is the founder of Toth Group and CEO at HOM Residential specializing in real estate investment, construction and development, and was welcomed to the board alongside David Mole, a Pelham addictions counsellor and outreach worker.

“Tenants in low-income communities have suffered disproportionately during the pandemic, so I am very pleased that David Mole will bring the perspective of vulnerable populations to the Board,” said NRH CEO Donna Woiceshyn in a statement.

“And with our wait list growing every day, Drew Toth’s expertise will help us we continue with plans to increase the much needed affordable housing stock in Niagara.”

The board has nine members in total.
