The city has begun its hunt for summer workers – and numerous departments are now accepting applications.

For the 2022 Summer Student Jobs, applicants are looking at $15 per hour for seasonal jobs between May 9 and September 5.

Available positions include Arena and Pool services where students are expected to assist with maintenance and cleaning, painting, pool vacuuming and other duties.

Cemetery services and Parks and Playing fields are also looking for bodies to assist in maintaining the grounds, much like the Public Works department.

For those who want to work near water, the Aquatics department has announced a slew of job openings, including On Deck-supervisors, Lifeguards and an Aquafit instructor.
