St. Catharines man wanted on Canada-wide warrant (3 photos)

Police say 46-year-old Clayton Misener is believed to have left the province with his two daughters after a custody dispute

In August of 2021, detectives with 1 District (St. Catharines) began an investigation in relation to a custody dispute.

On Aug. 20, 2021, the male subject in this matter contravened a court order and is believed to have left the province with his two daughters, Paige and Alexandra Misener.

As a result, Clayton Misener (46 years old) of St. Catharines is wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant for the following charges of:

  • Disobey Order of The Court Contrary to section 127(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada
  • Abduction in contravention of Custody Order contrary to section 282(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada

The two daughters are believed to be in the company of their father and not believed to be in danger.

Misener may be in the Nova Scotia Area.

Misener may be operating a grey Toyota Corolla with Ontario marker CSWH819.
