If you see more mohawk haircuts, studded jean vests and nose rings walking around Niagara Falls tomorrow, Saturday, the explanation is probably the annual Rock ’n Swap 2021 that kicks off for the first time after a long break.

Vendors selling everything from attitude-laced buttons to distortion pedals for playing loud rock riffs, or vintage- and upcycled clothing will be setting up along Queen Street and Camp Cataract.

The punk-rock flea market has been on hold for a long time but is coming back along a live music performance at 3:30 p.m by Ashlee Standish, who will be playing acoustic punk rock covers.

The event posting said social distancing and mask-wearing is greatly encouraged.

To see some of the vendors and to find more information about the event, go to the market’s Facebook page.
