If you’re in the mood for a book but can’t find anything new to read, you can now head over to Port Robinson Community Centre where they’ve just installed a Little Free Library.

Little Free Libraries is a book exchange concept that was founded in 2009 to encourage communities to read by installing public bookcases where people can come to leave or take books.

“We hope you enjoy this as you go for a walk, or when you are visiting the community centre, driving by or stopping in just to find a new book to read,” Port Robinson Community Centre said in a Facebook post.

“To have a good turnover and choice of books, please don’t dump loads of ones you want to get rid of. Just swap one or two at a time, then it will be a revolving library with choices for everyone!”

If you’re interested in leaving or taking a book, head over to 40 Cross Street.
