The Niagara Association of Realtors reports a total of 490 residential unit sales in the month of October 2019. This is a rise of 9.4 per cent from the same period in 2018.
In October 2019:
- 490 residential units were sold
- $454,789 was the average price of homes sold
- 1,543 new residential listings were posted
To compare, in October 2018:
- 443 residential units were sold
- $420,679 was the average price of homes sold,
- 1,686 new residential listings were posted
