Do you have questions about pregnancy, newborn care, breastfeeding, behavioural issues, or mental health? Niagara Region Public Health is excited to introduce new ways for parents and caregivers to easily connect with a public health nurse on all things related to healthy child growth and development.

Niagara Parents (formerly Parent Talk Line) is with you every step of the way via phone and email, plus the recently launched Facebook page offers Facebook Messenger and the improved website includes a live chat option.

“We’re so pleased to be able to provide more access to a public health nurse for families across the region,” said Sarah Burciul, program specialist with Family Health, Niagara Region Public Health. “Our nurses are always happy to provide reliable information and advice.”

Connect with a public health nurse Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. via:

Additionally, families are now able to register for many Niagara Region Public Health clinics and classes for parents, caregivers and children online.
