While the overall public health risk remains low at this time, concerns about COVID-19 have started to impact decisions regarding public spaces. Given the uncertainty around the spread of COVID-19 and overall concern for the safety of our customers, staff and charity volunteers, starting Monday, March 16, Delta Bingo has decided to temporarily close all Ontario locations until further notice.
As a result of the closures, all special events scheduled to take place from now until mid April have been cancelled or postponed. Anyone who has purchased tickets to an upcoming event will receive a full refund. Online ticket sales will be refunded via the method originally used for payment. Those who purchased tickets in centre can refund when doors reopen in the coming weeks.
We appreciate your patience as we work together to navigate through these challenging times, and we will do our best to keep you updated as we move forward.
