COVID-19: 310 active cases in Niagara

Niagara’s Public Health agency reported 30 new cases of COVID-19 in the region on Tuesday.

Following 18 recoveries, the number of active cases in Niagara has now hit 310.

The death toll remained unchanged at 425.

32 active cases are located in Thorold, 101 in Niagara Falls and 88 in St Catharines.

12 people are hospitalized in area hospitals, including one person who is fully vaccinated, according to Niagara Health.
