Despite repeated challenges during the pandemic, Community Care has been continuing to provide help to those in need in the Niagara Region.

Now the organization wants to shine a light on its own volunteers, in time for the National Volunteer Recognition week, by offering a drive-by celebration in lieu of the traditional luncheon won't be happening.

Between Tuesday April 20 - Friday April 23 2:30 - 4:00 PM, volunteers can pull up to a designated greeting station on 12 North St., where a masked and gloved Community Care staff member will be there to drop off a 'little thing meant to recognize the big' in the volunteers' work, said a release from Community Care.
