Canada-wide warrant issued for Toronto murder suspect

Police say Dylon Dowman is armed, violent, and dangerous; if anyone sees him, they are advised not to approach him and to call 911 immediately

Toronto police say 33-year-old Dylon Dowman is wanted in connection to a homicide investigation.

Toronto police are looking for a man wanted in connection to the shooting death of a woman in a parking garage on Thursday.

Police say 23-year-old Daniella Mallia was found shot in a parking garage at 2265 Jane Street shortly after 1 p.m. on August 18.

Mallia was pronounced dead at the scene and homicide investigators took over the case.

Officers say 33-year-old Dylon Dowman of Toronto is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for first degree murder.

Dowman is described as 6’2″, weighing around 380 lbs., with dark hair worn under a wrap sometimes, a dark complexion, moustache and beard, and he has the tattoo “Gutta Musik” on his left forearm.

Police say Dowman is considered armed, violent, and dangerous.

If anyone sees him, they are being advised not to approach him, and to call 911 immediately.

Anyone who has information about Dowman and the investigation is being asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
