Club Capri is holding its annual Elimination Draw Wednesday, Jan. 22, and as always, the person whose ticket is drawn last will walk away with the most cash.
The popular event will award $1,000 to the first prize winner, $500 for second prize, and a bonus prize will be awarded for every 25th ticket drawn.
This year, an iPad has been donated by Bocchinfuso Funeral Home, featured sponsor for the event.
Doors open at 6 p.m. for cocktails, and a deluxe Italian dinner will be served at 7 p.m.
A ticket price of $70 includes the multi-course meal, bar and other beverages, and participation in the evening’s lottery.
Partial proceeds will be donated toward quality family programming at the Thorold Community Activities Group on Richmond Street in Thorold.
