Woman wanted for aggravated assault in St. Catharines incident

On Dec. 26, 2018, at approximately 8:35 p.m. Niagara Regional Police Service uniform officers from 1 District St. Catharines responded to a residence in the area of Berkley Drive and Dorchester Road in St. Catharines.

The NRPS Communication Unit received a 911 call for a disturbance that had turned violent in a St. Catharines residence. Uniform officers arrived on scene and located a 29-year-old male suffering from injuries believed to be caused by an edged weapon.

The female suspect had fled the scene on foot. A canine track of the area was not able to locate the suspect.

The male victim was transported to a local hospital by Niagara EMS paramedics with serious injuries.

The subsequent investigation by uniform officers and detectives was able to identify a suspect.

Holly Elizabeth St. Michel, 25-years-old, of no fixed address is wanted for the alleged offences of:

  • Aggravated Assault
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order (2 counts)

St. Michel is describes as having brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5'0 feet tall weighing approximately 105 lbs.

The suspect and victim are known to each other.
