Further investigation by 2 District detectives and detectives from the 2 District Street Crime Unit, determined that the incident on Brookfield Avenue had commenced on April 15, 2020 at an apartment on Queen Street near St. Clair Avenue in Niagara Falls. At approximately 2 p.m., the female victim entered the Queen Street apartment where she was met by three unknown male suspects.
