At approximately 4:15 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 1, 2019, 2 District (Niagara Falls) uniform officers were notified of a transport truck blocking the intersection of Lundy's Lane and Montrose Road in the City of Niagara Falls.
When they arrived, a male driver was located within the truck. He was transported to hospital in critical condition where he was later pronounced deceased.
Investigators from the Collision Reconstruction Unit request that any witnesses please contact them at 905-688-4111 ext. 5500.
