Police search for missing Lincoln male (update: found safe)

Sept. 20 update:
The investigation to locate missing person Andrew Deeming-Hale has been ongoing by officers assigned to 8 District (Grimsby).

On Sept. 20, 2022, Andrew was located and is safe.

Original Sept. 19 release from Niagara Regional Police:
The Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) is conducting a missing person investigation stemming from the Town of Lincoln.

Detectives assigned to 8 District are searching for Andrew Deeming-Hale, 56. He was last seen in the area of Victoria Avenue near Rittenhouse Road on Sept. 17, 2022.

Deeming-Hale is described as:

  • Male
  • White
  • 6’1” tall
  • 200 lbs
  • Brown hair (buzz cut)
  • Believed to be clean shaven

Deeming-Hale is believed to be wearing:

  • Black jacket
  • Dark blue pants
  • Black running shoes

Andrew is known to walk slow and slightly laboured at times.

Detectives are concerned for Deeming-Hale's welfare and are requesting residents and businesses to check their properties, building and sheds for any signs that Deeming-Hale may have been in the area.
