The Niagara Regional Police Service advises that Norman Rockwell has been found safe and is no longer missing.

Officers from the 1 District – (St. Catharines/Thorold) of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) are searching for missing person Norman Rockwell.

Norman was last seen on May 14, 2024, at approximately 2:30 p.m. in the area of Ontario Street and Dorothy Street in St Catharines. His means of travel is unknown.

Norman is described as:

  • White male
  • Slender build
  • 5’1
  • Grey hair partly bald
  • Wearing khaki pants.

The police and Norman’s family are concerned for his welfare. Anyone who may have information as to her location are asked to contact detectives at 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1024330.

Members of the public who wish to provide information anonymously can contact Crime Stoppers of Niagara online or by calling 1-800-222-8477. Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to persons who contact the program with information which leads to an arrest.
