At approximately 11 p.m. on Wednesday June 9, 2021, Niagara Regional Police Service 5 District (Fort Erie) uniform officers were called to a home in the area of (Mathewson Ave and Dovercourt Rd) in the Town of Fort Erie.
When officers arrived they located the body of an adult male without vital signs. He was subsequently pronounced deceased at the scene.
The scene remains cordoned off for investigation by detectives and the Forensic Services Unit.
At this time the investigation remains on going by detectives with the Homicide Unit.
