On Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at approximately 7:05 p.m., 6 District (Port Colborne) officers attended the area of Elm Street and Delhi Street in the City of Port Colborne, for a motor vehicle collision.

The vehicle continued to drive southbound into the driveway of a residence and collided with a silver Buick LeSabre that was parked in a driveway. The impact caused the Buick to turn sideways and was pushed up against the residence.

The driver of the pickup truck proceeded to leave the area and continued southbound on Elm Street where he collided with a red Ford Focus.

The driver then exited his vehicle and fled on foot. Officers on scene were able to locate the driver where he was placed under arrest.
