Niagara man charged with voyeurism

In January 2019, detectives of the Niagara Regional Police 2 District Criminal Investigative Branch commenced an investigation into the allegation of voyeurism in the city of Niagara Falls. As a result of the investigation, 59-year-old Norman Bateman was arrested and charged with one count of voyeurism.

Detectives are seeking assistance from the community in an attempt to identify females who may have had interaction with Mr. Bateman. The timeline being explored is within the last two years.
