Fort Erie man arrested for indecent exposure

Police locate suspect after lengthy investigation into incidents at Niagara Falls Walmart and Niagara Square Shopping Mall

On Tuesday Feb. 5, 2019 after a lengthy investigation, Niagara Regional Police located, arrested and charged 26-year-old Danilo (Danny) Maljkovic of Fort Erie for two counts of committing an indecent act in a public place.

The investigations stemmed from concerned citizens who reported the incidents which had occurred in Niagara Falls at the Walmart located on Oakwood Drive and the Niagara Square Shopping Mall in May of 2018.

Niagara Regional Police wish to the thank the public for reporting the incidents.
