Further investigation has led to a change in the charges laid in connection with a fatal motor vehicle collision in Niagara on the Lake on Aug. 17, 2019.
21-year-old Patrick McCabe of the Town of Pelham is facing the following alleged charges:
- Dangerous operation causing death S.320.13(3)(1) CC
- Fail to stop at scene of accident / fatality S.320.16(3)(1) CC
McCabe is currently being held in custody pending a bail hearing on Thursday Aug. 22, 2019 at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse in the City of St. Catharines.
