Man, 29, wanted for murder after woman found dead in Brampton home

BRAMPTON, Ont. — Police say a 29-year-old man is wanted for murder after a woman was found dead inside a home in Brampton, Ont., this morning. 

Peel Regional Police say officers were called about a disturbance at a residence in the area of the Aloma Crescent and Avondale Boulevard just before 6 a.m.

When officers arrived on scene they found the body of an adult woman, with what they call "obvious signs of trauma," inside the home. 

Investigators have identified a man from Brampton as a suspect and they are looking for him. 

Police say the suspect was in an intimate relationship with the victim. 

They say he is considered armed and dangerous.
