Peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at the age of 39. Beloved daughter of Mary and James Ciancio. Best friend and sister to Christina (Steven Roach). Auntie Jamie will be forever missed by Matthew and Caitlin. Always remembered and unconditionally loved by her Nonna Angela Gazzellone. Forever in the hearts of her special Uncle Tony Gazzellone, Aunts Tish Ciancio, Joanne Dickinson and Uncle Tom Ciancio and her cousins Danny and Mark Dickinson. We thank her fur baby Max (Boo) for providing Jamie comfort and love for the past 3 years. Jamie will be dearly missed by lifelong friends Carrie Anne Gilbert, Candace Semenuk, Vanessa Mako and Maria Grossi and their children. Her memory will live on through her many friends and family whose lives are better for having known her. Jamie was an Early Childhood Educator who worked for Family and Children’s Services Niagara. Her passions included helping others through teaching dance and fitness as well as spiritual healing. Many thanks to her wonderful health care team, including all of the staff at the Walker Family Cancer Centre. Special thanks to her nurse Bee and nurses Jan and Melissa from Para Med Home Health Care. A private family service was held at Our Lady Of The Holy Rosary Church. Rite of committal will be held at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens.
