Some households on Elgin Street in Thorold are without water this morning.
The city said on Monday morning that a watermain break is affecting customers between Delaware Avenue to Sydenham street.
The estimated repair time was calculated to between 4 and 6 hours the city said just before 10 a.m on Monday.
