The number of COVID-19 cases at St Charles Elementary in Thorold grew on Tuesday after two more individuals at the school tested positive, Niagara Catholic reported on Tuesday.
Yesterday, Niagara Catholic advised that one case had been found at the school, closing one classroom and instructing individuals who had been in contact with the case to self-isolate.
Three classrooms are closed after the discovery, reported the school board on its advisory page.
Several schools in DSBN and Niagara Catholic have reported COVID-19 cases in recent weeks.
