In recognition of efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19, effective March 18th members of the public will be directed to apply online to request Record Checks, Fingerprint Destruction, Record Suspensions, Occurrence reports, and FOI until further notice. 

Visit our Business Services Section under “What we do” at www.niagarapolice.ca for further information. Urgent requests may be considered by the Records Supervisor at 905-688-4111 x 4276.

Questions specifically relating to Record Checks can be addressed by email at [email protected].

Our districts will remain open but restricted to emergencies only, with a focus on protecting public health, while also safeguarding the health and safety of our members.

Collision reporting centers (which are contracted independently via Accident Support Services International Ltd) in St. Catharines, Niagara Falls and St. Catharines remain open for collision reporting.
