NIAGARA REGIONAL POLICE SERVICE

On May 2 and 3, 2024, the Niagara Regional Police Service Emergency Task Unit will be conducting indoor/outdoor training in the area of Centre Street and Canboro Road in Pelham.
The training will occur between the hours of:
- 9:00AM – 3:00PM (May 2)
- 9:00AM – 12:00PM (May 3)
There will also be signage in the area. Traffic in the immediate area should be unaffected.
Members of the public in the area should expect:
- The sound of simulated gun fire.
- An increased police presence.
- The sound of controlled explosions.
- The possible smell of smoke.
The public and media are asked to stay away from the training sites for their safety and the safety of the officers involved.
